Yesterday I had to give my huge final doctoral presentation to an in person and virtual audience... needless to say I was incredibly nervous about it. I am not knowledgeable in technology. They allowed my to test my equipment the day prior and had alll the connections I required to be successful in connecting with my remote audience.
I was greeted with a Welcome sign welcoming me & they escorted my guests to my gorgeous presentation room.
I am confident that they treated us just as they would treat their own family. You gave me several less things to worry about through your customer service, IT knowledge, and hospitality!
