The Palm Beach Training Room is a true, purpose-built training and presentation facility which is rare in Palm Beach County. It has been meticulously designed with custom ergonomic furniture and all of the necessary presentation features included. The front wall is entirely full-height whiteboards. The ceiling projector is short-throw meaning no shadow on the screen or writing surface from the presenter. Multi-zone dimmable lighting makes the screen easy to see while the work surfaces are brighter. The room has a local WiFi access point and is also cabled with ethernet jacks and power outlets for intense computer-based training.

CONFIGURATIONS

Three room configurations are available: Classroom (with tables) where a presenter is in front and the focus of attention; Seminar (just seating) where maximum capacity is needed; and U-Shape (facing table) where there is discussion between the participants with a front moderator. Please note some configurations may require a special set-up fee.

Quality catering is a specialty at our center with a variety of menus and price points. The room has a full wet serving station with an adjacent prep pantry. Food is delivered fresh daily and served buffet style by our staff with china and glass serving pieces. We attend to every detail so you can focus on a successful meeting. The Palm Beach Training Room is available for rental with an all-inclusive, hourly, half day (morning or afternoon) and full day pricing structure. Also, discounts are available for meetings on Mondays and Fridays.
